Slant Six Rebuild Price

Thanks guys! I have another question if ya'll can help me out. I am trying to figure out what year the engine was manufactured. It is blue, so i read on another fourm that blue was the color from 1970- early 1983. There is worn out sticker on the head cover that reads 4387094
