BIG difference between losing 30% by jut driving it off the lot (as stated in original rant), and a whole year and 24,000 miles later. Apples and oranges. Also, lots of people put lots of miles on their cars.

THe point is, in one year you just took a huge bath.

I used to work for a dealership in sales. The trade in prices and auction prices would make most people throw up.
