mine ended up a mess. when the trans went out a couple years previous, i had them swap it for one of their rebuilds with all factory parts that had a 3 year warranty. they didn't have any of those available, so the service manager farmed the job out to a private trans shop. never told me they took my truck off site or that some one else did the work. just handed me the ford warranty paperwork when it was done. that one lasted 2yrs 6 mo. i thought "cool, 3 years, i'm good". ~ 3 weeks later they call and say it needs everything but don't see anything about the last time i was there. guy had wiped it from the system. glad i keep all my paperwork. after a lot of back and forth they made it right. paid my bill at the other shop i ended up at and apologized
