A nice touch that I saw on my 65 CHrysler was that they filled in the seams where the C pillar blended into the rear fenders , just ahead of the trunk. So I did some seam filling on my wagon.
The optional backup lights were a $26 option that year. According to the inflation calculator I used, that's $211 today. I question that.
I suppose backing up was an option many years before that!
