Parts for a 7 1/4” Axle

Sure doesn’t seem the 7 1/4” gets any love. I have struck out looking for the usually steel gaskets that go between the bearing retaining plate and the axle flange for a 7 1/4” axle. I found the foam seal that goes between the brake backing plate and the bearing retainer at DMT. Am I just blind? I have looked at RockAuto, chain parts stores, Summit, Dr Diff but they all seem to only show 8 3/4” parts when I search for my ‘63.

Anyone know where to buy these?

Sorry I miss spoke I had only been awake for 10 minutes, yes I have them on order, I meant between the bearing retainer plate and the axle. They are usually steel with a raised ridge around them, at least on the 8 3/4" axles. The parts books show that the 7 1/4" had these inner gaskets then the foam between the backing plate and bearing retainer... I fixed the initial post to be correct.
 
Hi Jim,

I used the foam from DMT in both places, behind the brake backing plate and in between the retainer plate and brake backing plate

If you look at the parts book they are the same part number so apparently these did not have the steel shim and just 2 foam gaskets. Thanks.
