I worked on the railroad for 40 years. The last 20 years were with Canadian Pacific. The tools that we used were so archaic when I first started it was a wonder we actually got anything done. That lantern I'm guessing was used many, many years. Railroads were notoriously slow to make changes. That's a really nice find. I wish I would have kept more of that kind of stuff when I had the chance. Steve
