Yes I cut the holes with a hole saw. In the area where the gauges will be, I thought the fiberglass was too thin and I was worried it might crack when the gauges were fastened down. I added additional fiberglass and resin behind the areas where the gauges will be.
All the holes for dzeus and gauges, trimming the corners to clear my roll cage down bars was done before the paint.
