2019 Goodguys 22nd Colorado Nationals, Loveland, Colorado
The Ranch Events Complex, Larimer County Fairgrounds, East of I25 at Crossroads Blvd. in Loveland (about 50 miles north of Denver)

Goodguys 22nd Colorado Nationals

Is a good show.
Pinkies on Friday afternoon is a show in itself.
Going camping with the kids that weekend so I'm not making it this year.

You going to be there Dana?
Yep! And I'm bring my surfboard! 60s car and surf music, beach chairs the works! It's a bit pricy but the local mopar show was cancelled so I'm going full monty with this show! Tent and all!

What Mopar show was up there? Was that the dealership show? I will be there also in my 29, tent and all.

The local Fort Collins mopar car show at FC Dodge on Collage has had one for the last 7 years. Canceled due to "reasons behind their controle":(

I'll keep my eyes open for you.

Just joined good guys and registered my Dart. I'm all in now!

Good Guys newbie question. Looks like show is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you can't be there Friday is that an issue?

If I can be there Friday, any time of day to avoid getting there?

Do you park in the same spot each day or is it first come first served, each day?

If you setup a tent can you leave it there with any expectations it will be there in the morning. ?(Lost of honest people on NoCo but it only takes one)

Thanks

Any time Friday is ok. I like to get there Friday so I can get my passes into the grounds. Friday is a good day to see the cars, less people. Saturday only is ok also, but fills up fast. Nothing can be left overnight, I will send you a pm with my phone number so you can call me when you get there. Parking is first come first serve.

Got the dart packed up! Just need to do a little cleaning of the 52 year old buildup. But not too much. It's a "Surf-vivor" I'm guessing I will be the only car there with a 9 1/2 foot surfboard sticking out of the back seat!

All packed up. Car cleaned as best a 52 year old former daily driver can be. Planning on getting there at 6. According to the event folks could be 2 hours of line to get in and parked.

Anyone have any tips?

Up here now at the hotel. We get there around 6:30 never seen a 2 hour line. See you inside.

I'll call you when I'm in and setup. Or visa versa

So many Chevys I feel like I'm going to have to take a shower just to get the stink off:rolleyes: (edit... The El Camino to the right of Jaws' 29 is a pretty cool car)

Luckily I'm parked next to Jaw's way cool 29

Shows over... A 68 or 69 Dart (sorry I wasn't paying enough attention but I know it wasn't a 67) got an award, as did an E or B body (They all look a like!), and a modern Challenger and a modern Charger.

It was great hanging with Jaws and his buddy, It was nice to have seasoned pros show me the ropes. Thanks Guys!

Was it the yellow 68 GTS?
Had a great time with you and the girls.
Did she like the stop sign?

No not Steve's, It was blue, with black hood scoop. I think the one that the family finished the build after son passed away.

Emily loved the sign, she is going to hang it over her bed.

Don't let it go to your head, or you'll have to buy a new hat.

I was just thumbing through the photos and pow. Made me laugh.

I'm all registered for the 2020 Colorado Nationals! It's going to be a long year.
