Is next years event penciled in yet?

I'm not absolutely certain, but I think it is. Same weekend (last Saturday in September). Same place for one year more. We're looking for another venue.

are you the guy I spoke to at Sac raceway last year?? (I got bells ringin')

No. I haven't been to Sac Raceway since 2004. Might have been E-body Ed.

Ok, my apologies. Ebody Ed have a beard?

who was this mysterious bearded man...?

..wish I knew. He was on foot, when I saw him. He had one of his kids with him and driving a late model 1500 Ram, I think. (doubt that helps)
He wanted me to come out to last yrs event really bad. He said 'we don't get enough early A's'
Unfortunately, the calendar was thick that time of year, and I was unable to make it. Too bad, really, I was looking forward to being on friendly turf. I'm a little worn-out with the general car show politics. No matter how nice a mopar is, if you don't roll in with a bowtie, or rare phord, you're odd man out.
I mean, really, how many shivelles, cumaros, and mustakes can you look at ??? the '65 Falcon's are pretty cool tho.

I never had a problem back in the days when we would go to all-make shows. Early on I was driving a rare, but to most undesirable, '66 Commando four speed Barracuda. After that it was the GTS convertible. When we get a car done we'll hit a few more all-make shows. The Get Togethers in Pleasanton are always fun. This was a Pleasanton show summer of 1988. That was my buddy's '62 Buick next to us.

There's a few guys that it might have been. What car was he driving?

OH!, you know what?! this guy was in pretty good shape, I noticed cause I workout too.
