ProComp/Speedmaster aluminum heads

Well the good news is that you have other priorities to tend to... Me, about the time I seen a tracking number and they were on the way, I would have been tearing down the top end of my engine... Hopefully you didn't do that yet.
 
It's not killing me that I don't have these heads yet as I wasn't planning to put them on soon. It's just more of the hassle of course it couldn't come at a more convenient time. I mean does hassle come at a convenient time? LOL
 
I called first thing this morning and Stan answered right away as always. I asked what the turnaround process looked like and time frame and he said it takes 48 hours for them to generate a credit. He looked my account up and said he'll send them an email to kick them in the butt. Also he said call me again tomorrow morning and we'll make sure this is happening..
PS. Also thanked me for my patients...

Are you getting a refund, or are you getting the back ordered heads? I must have missed a post somewhere.
 
Hopefully I'm getting the heads that I ordered in the first place....

Well I can definitely tell you calling Speedmaster at just a couple minutes after 8 in the morning is probably a great time to call. I seem to get someone relatively quickly every single time. Anyways they said they were on their way out today and I should be receiving an email with a shipping number today...
Of course they apologized and thanked me for my patients...
 
I'm sorry but all we had was these cnc-ported heads... I hope you don't mind...

I just got my confirmation email. I checked the tracking and right now I don't think it's left yet, but they're proposing Tuesday.
This little remodel that I'm working on it's kicking my butt. And keeping me busy...
