Any one else having issues with retrosound radios in their mopar?

Here’s a picture of my super heterodyne stereo set up with cassette and equalizer. None of it works, including the car radio, left it alone. I like the look and it doesn’t rattle driving down the road, I just enjoy listening to car motor, never been a problem. When I stop and park, iPhone and Bluetooth speakers for my listening enjoyment.
