Any one else having issues with retrosound radios in their mopar?

Retrosound:
We are sorry the radios seem to have issues. To have two radios do the same thing is extremely rare. It seems more like there is an issues in the vehicle and wiring. For the radio to lose power would mean there is a voltage issue in the vehicle or something in the wiring.

me:
The radio will cut out and come back on, often it will turn off on its own and i have to manually press the knob to turn it back on. The radios only seem to last about 1-1/2 years before they start having this issue.

retrosound:
This is not an issue our radios have. It would be more likely there is something in the wiring in your car. If it was one I could thing maybe a bad unit. Two with the same issue. It is your car.

(Really? Your radios are immune to internal issues? With a circuit board)

me:
The wiring is correct. Everytime the radios last about 1-1/2 to 2 years with no issues and then they start doing what i stated. Thats fine i can see how customer driven this company is, so quick to assume its the vehicle when i know its not. Radio has been working fine for almost 2 years and no issues, now all of the sudden its acting up and its my car? Cmon. The first radio was warrantied because of a internal issue where it was doing the same thing. The second radio couldnt be warrantied because you discontinued it. Then i had to buy this one and low and behold it gets close to the 2 year warranty period and it starts acting up.

Still waiting on their response
