@IQ52

Aside from new bearings and a re-ring it got some upgrades....

242@.050/ .528 / 112LSA solid flat tappet to a solid roller 252@.050 / .650 / 112LSA

OOTB Eddy RPM heads 88cc / Fully ported RPM heads with 2.20 valves 345cfm 84cc

Eddy RPM intake / deep ported Victor

Timing 16/34 / 18/36

ARP Waveloc rod bolts

Made 602hp @5900 and 575tq @ 4900 (400tq @ 2500) (500tq @ 3500) (500-575tq from 3500 to 6500) Idles right down to 750RPM without issue but will probably set it a tad higher in the car.

Videos and graphs to come.

This thing really surprised me in many ways. Can't wait to drive it.

Nice set of upgrades! I'll be curious to see how that translates to the track. Not too many folks around here end up taking their cars to the track after hitting the dyno. I know you will though.

Were there any “before” dyno numbers?

I had this one on a chasiss dyno that made 310hp @5800 / 550tq @3500

I had a nearly identical combo (only a different intake and carb) from my last car on this exact crank dyno that made 467@5600 and 514tq @3900-4100

Well it went 11.74@114 before this and I added around 100hp and about 60tq. I'd bet the car it breaks the 10's.

Is that the only suspension upgrade you will need? I would be dying to try her out!!

The pic in your avatar looks like LVD.
Is that where you’ll run the car?

600hp in a Dart should be plenty to get you into the 10’s.

Really more of a repair than an upgrade. They are whipped out bad, weak and actually bending the wrong way in the rear.

yes, that is the track I race at.

Heck yeah man! That should speed the car up pretty good. Sounds really good.

What gears and tires ??

What wheels are you using? Hard to tell when they're hidden by smoke. lol

HELL NO...

I run 2" TTI headers.

4.56 gears

28x12.50 sportsman pros for strip and street.

Those fenderwell headers probably cost you some power on the dyno.
The extra long primary length tends to make the peak happen earlier than with more “normal length” headers.
