name plate retainer

Is there another source out there for name plate retainers like what is shown in the attached picture. I know year one has them but they want almost $19 to ship them, there are only 5 and they are just a little over $14. Can't see paying that kind of shipping for something that should ship in a padded envelope for a couple of bucks.

I have used plastic air line for that in the past. Any truck shop would have various sizes. Cheap too.

Great i ordered 6 of them and with shipping was about 1/3 the cost of year one. Thanks again.
