1966 Dart Fuse Panel?

The way I am looking at it I might be better off changing the fuse panel with the whole harness, other wise I will need enough wire off the panel to splice every wire on it. Thanks

65 Barracuda Main Dash Wiring Harness and Fuse Block 2291593

This is still in the car and I haven't poked and prodded it with a screwdriver yet. If your interested can pop the fuses and get a better look at the tabs. I will not separate the wires from the block.
