If you use the math for carb selection that's been palmed off forever as correct, everything is over carb'd.
If it was mine, I'd use two 750's and not think about it. If it was a straight drag car I'd start with two 1050's and go.
Over carburation is highly overrated. What most people think is too big a carb is too big of a cam, or even more correctly stated, the wrong cam timing.
