Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Gerry and I am joining from Alberta, Canada. Long time Mopar Fan. Currently own a 1971 Demon that I race in NHRA competition as well as 1969 Charger street car that has sat for a few years with a broken transmission. I my daily driver is a 2012 Ram 1500 and I also have a 2000 Cummins Diesel Dually which I us as a tow rig. You could say I am hooked on Mopar! Once again Thank You for having me!

Another Canadian, welcome!:canada:

Oilers, Flames or other NHL team fan?

I live just out side of Edmonton so Oilers it is. However, they have been really hard to cheer for recently.

I hear ya. I lived in Edmonton for a few years before moving to BC and have been an Oilers fan since the 1990’s. It’s been really tough over the past dozen+ years of darkness.

Welcome aboard. I hope you plan on giving us some info on the Demon.

Welcome from North Dakota would love to see some pictures of the Charger.

Demon has a 512 CI big block in it. Indy 440-1 heads, Chuck Nyyten 1050 dominator carb, Small solid roller cam that was spec'd by Scott Brown. 13.3 - 1 compression. ATI Powerglide with A1 5800 stall converter. Rear end is a Fab 9 with 4:56 gears. Car has a full cage, Chromemoly round tube back half. Stock dash, steel doors with roll up windows. All windows are still glass. Head lights, tall lights, marker lights and turn signals all still work. Hood, deck lid, front and rear bumpers are fiberglass every thing else is still steel. Front end is custom build by myself. Retained the torsion bars but it now has a front steer rack. Car has gone a best of 9:56 @ 141 in the Quarter. However I mainly race it in Super Street. We also race at altitude. Normal adjusted altitude is 4000 to 6000 feet depending on the time of the season. The car has gone 11:10 at 138 in Super Street trim.

Hope this is Okay being a A body site. 69 Charger street car. 512 big block. Has gone high 11.20's in the quarter. Stock everything except motor!
