Ultimate Hellcat engine swap?

I saw where that"suicide machine" was up for sale
With the whole Kevin Hart cuda lawsuit in the works, if I owned that miata I'd think long and hard about selling it, because if that Cuda was considered unsafe, that Miata is rolling death, and completely unsafe except for doing donuts in an empty parking lot
As far as the whole Kevin Hart cuda goes, I call BS, because I guarantee I can get my /6 duster going fast enough to flip it on a curve on mulholland
It was driver error plain and simple

I read that he specifically asked to have the traction control removed , among other modifications, never mind that someone else was driving, and a third person was in the back, yet it was designed as a 2 seat car.
What bothers me is when an average Joe wrecks a high performance car, he gets charged by the authorities, raped by the insurance company, and basically has no recourse. Here again there is a "celebrity" involved in a serious crash in a custom built high performance car, and immediately the term lawsuit comes out. Why does the builder have to be held responsible for the sheer stupidity of an individual? How many people have been killed in sports or high performance vehicles over the last 50 or 60 years? From James Dean to Paul Walker, people die as a result of the bad decisions made by themselves or others. How does that make the builder or manufacturer liable?
