Anyone Ever Deal With Gout

For many years I have dealt with parts of my feet getting figity then swelling and then more painful then you could imagine. My blood work always comes back good on the uric acid, the last few times my calcium has been a little high. I found that pseudo-gout is caused by calcium in the bloodstream and the symptoms are the same as gout. Over the counter supplement is Tart Cherry, I took it for a week straight and the swelling and pain went away. I now take it when I feel a flair up coming and it helps a lot. Cutting back on the calcium reduces the frequency also but calcium is in a lot of foods.
I like the tart cherry and celery seed combo supplement. Also tossing in MSM and white willow. Thanks for the calcium mention. Have to look at blood work and see what number that's at.
