Back after a week of Moose hunting
I was gone for a week moose hunting. The first couple of days were pretty bad weather wise and no moose were seen. Day three I saw a pretty good bull but could not get a clear shot so I passed on it. Last thing I want to do is wound one. Day 4 was different. The moose were answering the call. I shot an 8 pointer that weighed 505 lbs by the time I got it to the butcher. The other tag was filled by Ron with a 7 pointer that weighed 419 lbs at the butcher. Everybody got back safe and had a good time so I would say it was a very successful hunt.
