came off of the upper nut on the rear of the fender. Probably from the fender flexing trying to hold the weight from the frame being weak. The fender glued in place plus bolted on top of the fender well and that nut along with the bottom two help strengthen the unitized front. It all works as one piece when assembled properly. You would not believe how weak it gets once you start losing bolts and nuts.
