I got another story to ad to this thread... so, some of you guys are cool with throwing a LS engine in a Mopar.. Valiant, lowly Dart... ok.. not my cup of tea but not my money or car...
What's the point right?
What about a true story about a Chevy guy that I know that I consider a friend that a 69 383 4SPD GTS falls in his lap and he wants to change the suspension to rack and pinion, and a LS SWAP... sell the hood and GT/GTS tailpanel cause his daughter doesn't like it... I said, sell the car for what its worth ( good body, no eng/trans) and get a plain Dart and do it... vs ruin a rare car. Thoughts???

There is an 87? dodge pick up setting about 2 doors down, not running , straight as an arrow , longbed , don't know about rust.

HINT : PICK UPS HAVE BIG ENGINE BAYS , AND ARE EASY TO WORK ON .

I think he should sell it and get the Chevy of his choice with the money, especially seeing that it's a rare car.
It's the right thing to do IMHO...........
