Picked up an A500

So, driving around with this thing in the back of my truck for a week.
Trying to figure out how a 59 year old with a bad back is going to unload a 175 lb transmission alone.
Was going to back into the garage and use a block and tackle. But my garage is off the ally beside my house, have to make a sharp 90 turn into the garage, but the ally is too narrow, and my truck too long, so no way I could back it in there.

So parked the truck with the back wheels in the low spot by the gutter in front of my driveway, and with the front end up on ramps, this got tailgate pretty low, then just slid it off onto my dolly, and rolled it to the garage.

I did something similar to get a short block loaded in the back of my pickup. Pulled the front end up on ramps, and let the air out of the rear tires. Slid the block over the tailgate, then pumped the tires back up and it lifted the motor stand off the ground so i could remove it from the block. More than one way to skin a cat.
