BB 1.7 rockers

I have Harland Sharps. Does anyone run a 1.7 on their Mopar bb? It looks like the pushrod holes/tubes will be needed to be opened up a fair bit. Is there any downside to 1.7s. Thanks. Kim

I've run 1.70 rockers on several BB Mopar engines. Typically you have to add some clearance, especially if you're using a large diameter pushrod. On my Indy EZ heads I had 1.85 intake rockers and 1/2 inch pushrods. That required some milling to provide clearance.
