I really doubt if any factory Dakota wheel is 8" wide. Especially not a 15" Plain-Jane steel wheel like that . I had a '97 with the factory 235 off-road tires & aluminum wheels, and they were only 7". Don't forget, wheel width is bead-to-bead (inside). If you are measuring at the widest point (the lip) subtract about 1".
