No not another Aussie
Hi all, As I've said I've had mostly undesirable Australian mopars, well this is the most disliked unliked disrespected unappreciated hated Aussie mopar that was produced by Chrysler Australia, It's a 1980 CM Chrysler valiant the last model that rolled off the line, only available in sedan and wagon the charger, ute, panel van and hardtop had been dropped by this stage, it was available with two size 6 cylinder engines 245,265 and the V8 318.
Anyway, have had this one since 1991, was a factory 6 but after a few years of daily driving I come across a parts car with a 318 another CM and done the swap, a few year after that a friend of mine stroked that 318 with a 360 crank to 349,untuched 596 heads, backed by a full manual 904 and 323 rear, has run its best 13.6 at 99mph car is around 1750kg.
