guys will tell you that 15k is too much but if they were selling they would be asking that... that being said 15K is a asking price. sure he has a lower number that he would take in mind. the off season is coming so if he wants to get rid of it he may take less then you think or he will have to sit on it till spring... offer 10K and then meet in the middle somewhere..
