No not another Aussie

This one here is a 1974 CJ Chrysler by Chrysler , another Australian mopar loved only for it's tuff drive line, they started life in 71 with the CH series followed by this one the CJ and the last the CK in 76 , the standard drive line in these was a 360 two bbl backed with a 727 and mostly a 2:77 rear, in the last of them mid run CK you could only get the 318, of cause there was options up and down the line but the 360/727 was the plant for the CXC, this lead to many of these things left to rot with no engine and trans as they were a good option to get your poverty pack 6 cylinder valiant some balls, chuck this drive line in with a four barrel intake and carb and exhaust with a better rear gear and you had yourself a car with some Street Creed. So anyway this sorta brought the old CXC down to a parts car level and many people didn't want to pay much more than what the running gear was worth, This is where i come in the cheap bastard I am buying only the unloved and undesirable but luck would have it this one survived being sold new to a farmer and later on became a deceased estate and fell into the hands of a young fella that had no real ideas of what to do with it and began to fiddle with it. I come along at the right time and purchased it from him and here it sits as a survivor.
