Have you guys used any of those 'headlight restore kits' on your late model cars/trucks? Are they even worth the coin? Which one would you recommend? Thanks!

Yep 3M kit works great. Got them at walmart on sale for around $8-9.
Used on inst bezel lenses and on 08 Rogue(pos) headlights. Worked great.

used the rustoleum one, seems to be holding up good. lots of wet sanding to remove all the haze from mine.

I am lucky. Never had to use it but I have a "new in package" 3M kit. The number is 39008. They are on e bay, cheapest is $12.99 with free shipping. They have many many five star ratings. You can have mine for ten bucks and I will ship it tomorrow.
Pay Pal only. I heard Off, deep woods helps as a cleaner, but that is hear say.

Used a cheaper kit (all polisher) that didn't do a very good job. Didn't remove all the haze, did it again, still didn't remove all the haze. I understand that those kits that require sanding do a better job. My solution was to buy new lenses, $100 for a pair and they look great.

I have had terrific results using the kit from Meguiars and it has held up exceptionally well after 2 yrs.

this is the kit I used on the wife's durango. 5 years and still looks better than the yellowed POS I had.
