EXACTLY. Scam Telemarketers scam billions of dollars a year, lots of it from elderly people. I get the, "You gave qualified for a lower rate on your credit card" and "The IRS is going to arrest you if you don't pay" calls all the time. The FBI can scrape dirt from a car's tire and tell you within a few miles where that dirt came from. Do they seriously think we believe them when they say they cannot trace these scammers. I don't care how sophisticated the scammers are, the feds could find them if they wanted to.
