bending conduit "by hand"

Check with a good local hardware store. I 'think' you can by 90's pre-bent, you will just need to buy couplers to connect the bend to the straight.

We use pre bent 90's where I work.
Hmm, perhaps try replacing that run of conduit using 3 LR’s and an LB.
Coming out of the receptacle box use a LR shooting the conduit straight up into another LR then have the conduit follow the soffit into an LB. Then the conduit can rise straight up into another LR and then across into your single gang box.
I’m not being a dick but those bends are kinked and it’s a code violation to run RX or UF cable through a conduit. Also a Non Metallic strap must be used on NMC(Non Metallic Conduit and must be within 3’ of each conduit body(Electrical box or LR).

LB's and LR's woulda been easier too.
Home Depot sells single conductor wire by the foot too. Maybe 20 feet of THHN 12 gauge Black White and Green. Would've pulled in easier than Romex.
