A bit of rocking with some fast gear shifting would have gotten it out I am sure. Her girl friends she was dropping off helped her "push it out" of the ditch. There is just not that many ditches that deep around here. :)

Good, I was thinking of the ditches around here. When I was about 16, my younger sister was driving my car (without a license) and drove it into a dirt road ditch 2-3 feet lower than the road. She must have been going pretty fast because the fenders got wedged into the driver's door so it wouldn't open. I had to pull it out with a neighbor's truck. I'm sure I wasn't very happy. It was my first car that I bought and fixed and painted. A 1979 AMC Spirit. Kind of like an 80s Javelin in Concord clothing.

I'm glad her ditch was less steep.:D
