Figured I should update my rig since its been 6 years when I first posted on this thread.
Went a little more crazy than I wanted to with it, however I regret nothing. Its an absolute blast to mess with on the street. I retired the ol 318/TF999/7.25 combo and went with a 408/TF904/8.75. Along with tons of other modifications.....

That Super Stock scoop looks right at home there! That's one hot 4 door!

Very hard to find let me know if you find a little extra trim

Will do I have been looking (although not that hard) since I bought my car in 1996. I keep finding 270 or GT moldings not the 170’s thinner stuff.

Hey Toolman, I joined here about 6 or 7 years ago and at that time Scott / pettybluedart was on here often. I havent seen him post here in years. Is there a reason? I enjoyed following him and his car.

I don't know for sure. I know how this place can keep you busy. May-be life got in the way.

Well the time has come.
Last year I put the '66 back on the road after 11 years sitting in the garage.
Did the fuel system, tune up, LOF, front disc brake conversion
wheels ,tires and rear brakes and alignment.

Now its time for the exterior and interior . The Dart is in the body shop for some minor repairs and a complete paint job with a color change.

What you see now was done in 1975 so ya its time.

I'll make a new post later when its show time.

, Here's mine.

My dad bought this car I believe in 2005 and was always working on something over the years. I don't know that he ever had it on the road for very long at a time. I inherited it last year and fixed and finished a bunch of stuff and have it pretty reliable at this point.

I haven’t seen too many of those AC brackets for sale but you should post in the parts wanted forum.

Well just a little over 6 years from the start I can finally post pics of my car completed. I bought this in July of 2013 and have had many threads over that time and gotten lots of help here in this forum. For that I thank you all. Now I get to post a completed car.
Its a 2 door hardtop, 270
408 4 BBL for street and 2x4 for track with 904 trans and 3800 converter
8 3/4 rear with 3:91 gears for street and 4:56 for track
Ive built it as a resto-mod
Here are some pics.

Got to take the car to Ridgley Md where I was able to have Richard put his signature on it for me.
