Not sure how far this is from you: 1968 Plymouth Barracuda Hardtop
The 9k you'd save over the Dart would go a long way on this car. The only problem I have with the ad is the 'Hurst transmission'.. pretty sure Hurst never made a transmission for a Mopar (if any), others on here would know.
Looks like a nice car with no 'tricks'.
This is actually only like an hour and a half from me so I may go check this out. From what little I've been looking up, it seems like Hurst was in some V8 models but I can't find anything about a Hurst with a slant six.
Then again, I'm just trusting what I'm seeing on the internet. Even if it's not accurate, still looks like a fun entry point to the classic car world. Needs some TLC but still pretty drive-able it seems.
