Enclosed car trailer questions - before I buy.

I looked hard for a 5ver “Toy Hauler” that was big enough to fit the fish without to much work and effort to put it in. They do not seem to exist with a reasonable living space. Reason I went to the Coach, it can haul the 24’ trailer with no issue. Closet I found left about 2” of space after loading. Coach was a no brainer.

I saw one of these at the local ford dealership. Had a couple GT350's stacked in one. Man it sure looked good. Had colored LED lighting inside. Lotta bling. I want one.

I like the idea BUT when parked at that hokey hotel in the middle of no where, is it not better to have a bit of "Out of site, out of mind?"
I just hate to showcase what I have outside of the show. I think just asking for trouble. Large side door like a carnival trailer does the same job I figure. Less issues. Still a cool option.thanks!

^^^^ Yep,I hear ya. Mine was broken into in St.Louis Holiday Inn during drag week many years ago. Destroyed the inside of my Lance Camper and took as much as they could carry from it and the trailer. Thank goodness they didn't do any damage to the car. The police just shrugged their shoulders and said "Here is you case file number,Good luck."

24' Minimum, 5500 min per axle. Beavertail rear ramp, use a winch to move vehicle in/out, therefore no need to climb in/out of car. I bought a top notch, used trailer off of craigslist. Just be patient, you'll find one.

I'm surprised nobody ahs mentioned this yet but do you really want to store your car in a trailer that could easily be stolen?

Matt,
car storage on my 14 acre property is easily solved when I put my 24,000lbs excavator in front of it. Lol! You had no idea where it was being stored. Not a drive way or parking lot.
I am going to build a new building for my cars but need something for this winter storage. I like all my cars under cover and sealed up.

There's a lot of us on here that have enclosed trailers, and I used my for the same purpose, temp storage while building a garage. There's a lot of ways to discourage theft, but it's no
different whether they break into your garage or steal your trailer. Just make sure you got good insurance..

If storing in a trailer, make sure you got good ventilation, and use a breathable cover.
