Looking for an A body or F body overdrive shifter assembly. Needs basically everything, shifter, rods, and levers. I have just the OD 833 trans. PM me on here. Thanks in advance

You can use a standard 4 speed shifter and invert the 3-4 shift lever.

I believe so. You may want to search for overdrive shifter here. I bet it has been discussed before.
 
Flip the tab, but you still have to lengthen the 3/4 rod to work about 1&1/2"-2.0" with the O/D. Ask me how I know.
 
I have a 64 65 A body Hurst Shifter and handle for $150. I do not have the rods and arms, but they are available from Brewers Performance, Brewer's Performance - Mopar A833 4-Speed Transmission and Component Specialists and Brewer's Performance - Mopar A833 4-Speed Transmission and Component Specialists, use a Brewer's Performance - Mopar A833 4-Speed Transmission and Component Specialists so the rods and levers line up correctly. The nice thing about the 64 65 shifter is that it has a bolt on handle, so you can change it to get what you want.
