52 years is hard on some materials, others look brand new.
Top has been down for over a year and it is sooooo brittle
Learned the hard way ... There are small acorn nuts behind the screws to remove the trim to remove the top. Two have been lost to the depths of an inner fender well.
Forgot to mention.... No rust to speak of.
