Agree on this, and Mopar is famous for going.........."oh, we're out of 1920's today, so we'll keep building cars but stick on Carters for a while". There's no way to figure out what it originally came with.
I have a Holley 1920 that is still on my car. I rebuilt it two years ago when I bought the car and it runs great. I'm doing a 4-BBL swap this winter, so I won't need the carb any more. Send me a PM if you're interested.
