Do some research about compression ratio at altitude. Thin air requires more squeeze to make power. If you can tune it can be done. I would stick with .040 quench.
Yeah I've been chatting with a friend of mine who builds very fast very nice Mopars and does badass engines for customers as side work. He's who knows the guys a Bullet and thinks I should get them to grind me a cam , but hes confident 12:1 on 94 pump gas is fine, run race gas at the track. "That small block will like it, be nasty on 12:1"

I also forgot to mention that Holley software runs my setup, so I can always pull timing where needed
