Hey guys,Does anyone know what other ignition cylinder lock will interchange with my 69 Barracuda?I have bought several from auto parts including RockAuto.com and also from Amazon and every single one of them are too small for my ignition switch.I'M not sure but didn't the 67 and 68 Barracudas have the smaller neck on the switch?

I am currently looking at this one on ebay but not sure it will work
For 1949-1959, 1965-1968 Dodge Coronet Ignition Lock Cylinder SMP 86265XF 1967

If I remember correctly, 69 is one year only. So you will need to find one from another 69.

You can use a smaller one, you just need to improvise a couple of washers to adapt it to the larger hole. As said above, the 69 is larger and a one year only and more $$

Switch lock cylinder? Maybe...……….

Yep, looks like 69 is all by it's lonesome. In 70 the cylinder is in the column and the wheel locked.

I may have misunderstood the original post with my advice. I thought the OP wanted to change the whole switch....

Either way its a one year only setup. I dont believe cylinders can be swapped with a different year. Same goes for the entire switch. The plastic ign cover is different too.
If Im mistaken, which is quite possible I would like to see what could/can be done. We have a 67 and 69 cuda. A couple years back someone had the same question...so I tried a spare switch in a spare dash and it was wobbly like a donkey dick...
