Does anyone still sell the torque convertor to fit the original 273 crank and 904 splines in a 65 barracuda? Can't find one listed.

I would think any custom converter companies would build one.

I'm close to the point of calling a couple to build one for me. Plan to call Precision and PTC to talk though it and pick one to build one for my 5.9 swap.

"Cain't find one listed" You're not lookin. See post #3.

If you are looking for a stock converter I have a stock built converter from Precision that has less than 500 miles on it that was in my 66 Barracuda with a 273 and a 904.

I couldn’t find one ether. So I had Pro Torque work the OE unit real nice. There down the block from me so it was easy to drive up with the converter in hand and tell them everything about the engine/car/intended usage.

Thanks everyone. I picked one up from a forum member.
Good to hear. Next time you need something please start a wanted thread. That works. Sometimes just asking the question doesn't.

Understood. I was actually just trying to build a list of sources for the future. Really enjoying the forum.
