I am sure its been asked before , but here goes. Will 14'' sbp rims clear over disc brakes ? Or is 15'' sbp wheels the way to go with disc brakes on the front ? IDK the make of disc brakes.

If you have Kelsey Hayes, a 14 will fit. As TMM said above, other manufacturers may need a 15.
 
That's what I did, I had 14's on for two years but went 15 for better tire selection.
 
Honestly I you go 15” you not only have more room BUT better and cheaper tire selection.

side note- I just bought 2 tires for my daughters car. P195/70-14.
1996 Toyota Camary collage car.
They were $100 apiece installed.
If they were 15” they were $78 each.
14” are now really not used by manufactures and cost more because of supply and demand. In other words 15” will cost you less because they are still used by manufacture.
