Maybe I made a mistake? I have a 1964 1/2 Barracuda.
O.K.,,, I have purchased a 8 3/4 possi rear end,,,has backing plates on it. It is modified to fit mounting plate to plate…on leaf springs,, 43 inches. I have had the drive shaft shortened to fit.
Problem is rear end has 4" small bolt pattern. I have 10" drums from a 7 1/4 rear end I have removed from cuda. Looks to me from reading a ton that you can't purchase Brake shoes that fits this system??!
Anyone had to fix this issue?
