It's BHJ Products and they are in California. They make all kinds of killer tooling so you can machine a block completely. They also have stuff they don't list on their site...like a fixture (a torque plate really) that allows you to correct cylinder head dowl pin location. When you have and know how to use a CNC mill BHJ and their tooling becomes irrelevant. What happens after you realize that is really what gets me excited.

They also make torque plates for rough bored blocks so you can get the bores correctly finished on all axes.<<How does a torque plate assist in getting the bore finished correctly on all axes?

I have a torque plate for this.

But...you need the main line in first, then you machine the decks square and parallel and then you correct the bores to the blue print.

Actually, you may call BHJ and ask them about blue prints and such. Finding a shop with a CMM or a CNC that can probe WPC's isn't that hard.
