Stiff front end looking at aftermarket solutions

I removed my stock shock to install some 90/10 shock. The old shock are off in the video and then new ones are still on my bench.
I was shocked that it was that stiff no shock installed.
I want a smooth free front end and the stock set up its not getting it........How ever a complete front end from QA-1 is real price e

I want to go thru my front end this winter and try to get it a lot smoother/ free er
Was thinking of these to start with.
