Does anybody know what this is 1966 Barracuda

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I ended up taking all of the guts out of a 6000 rpm auto meter tach and mounting it to the factory faceplate. I think this gives me the accurate reading and no fuss of a digital tach and the factory look. The only notable difference is the two black screws
