Anyone know what carb that is, and is it a direct blot on?

looks like memikes valiant so it is either a holley 390 or a 500 2bbl and I'm not too sure if it's a direct bolt on since I'm going 2 1bbl units on mine untl I gte the turbo setup built and paid for.
