In your other thread in the engine forum someone posted some lifters from GS. They are the same as try Crane Pro Series. IIRC Crane also had a an Ultra Pro lifter too.

Also, IIRC there was more than one lifter bore spacing for those R blocks. It's been awhile since I've done anything with this stuff so I hate going by my memory.

I think there were some options out there where they were moving lifter bores around.

You may want to PM FABO member RAMM and ask him about that. He may know the answer to those question.
