On Facebook you say the engine is "tight" but here you say it "does not turn over". Which is it? Is it tight to turn or is is stuck? This is important enough information not to be ambiguous about.

All the same to me? It doesn’t turn.

What is the difference, it needs to be rebuilt anyway?
I bought one once the guy power washed it and put it away for years, I bored it and put one sleeve in it?!

The difference is, if it is stuck tightly, it could have a cracked cylinder or more from rust and water. If it turns at all, it has a better chance of not being a $1500 pile of scrap metal. That's the difference. I'm glad of your past experiences, but that speaks nothing about this particular engine.

There is still good antifreeze in the block so it isn’t cracked due to freezing,

I didn't say it was due to freezing. Do you always exhibit such lack of clarity with potential buyers? You've been asked legitimate questions here, yet you deflect them like Hillary in a grand jury.

No very honest seller, just never heard of an engine cracking for any other reason?

To me is it tight is it seized it don’t turn over all means the same **** to me not trying to hide anything

To clarify the engine is seized from sitting for 25 years. I put a socket on the front and it doesn’t budge.
