Finally got an old pickup truck!

That's the best place to find thick cylinder 360 blocks. Being it's a camper special and almost emissions exempt, it's maybe possible the factory could have installed dual system. I've also had trucks with left side fuel tanks that had been likewise converted from single to dual. All the ones I have seen came stock with a Y pipe single system.
